  • i usually find 1-2 of these a year. we usually find black-brown-black kinds, but one time we found one that went white-brown-white. it was cool!

  • Check this out. We found a Wooly Bear Caterpillar at camp this weekend. Normally they have a black head and a black rear end but this one has a all brown body. According to folklore, this is going to be a mild winter. Yeah baby.

  • hmmmmmmmmm? well i caught two today and they did not jave the same ban colorzs one of them the red band was like 3 cm long and ones band was likean inch so it didddent have that much blank on either sides. hmmm i wonder.

  • I love wooly bears they are so fuzzy you can even pet them and once one crawled from my hand to my shoulder

  • My cats had one in my bathroom a few days ago. I took it and put it outside.

  • seen 3 today

  • i still find them in my back yard lol, i found one of them one day, and my kitten was tryng to kill it, and i. . i guess i could say i saved its life...a few weeks later, it turned into an isabella tiger, it was orange, they are the biggest moths i've ever seen!

  • I live in Missouri and I noticed the same thing!!! I havent seen one in years...but then again maybe we are all too busy to notice them, seeing as how im not down in the dirt playing like a 5 yr old anymore lol!!!

  • no they wont but some people are sensitive to the bristles (this also happens with tarantulas) if you havent seen anything happen then you are fine.

  • do they really give you rashes and stings? I found some and i took care of them and now they r saying i will get rashes
