Epic Metal Assault

I quick sample of an upcoming song. Has not been mastered and does not have any synths at all. The drums are meant to be as a metronome at this point as there will be a much more detailed drum track in the future. \m/

Recorded in my home studio using Esp guitars and M-audio recording hardware. I use Ableton Live and EWQL.

The riffs are so good it's confusing. I know this is over 2 years old but would you be able to send me or upload the guitar tracks on their own so I can put drums to them (Steven Slate Drums) that would be awesome just for my own amusement.

Dude!!! I am seriously impressed and you know i don't listen to metal, but this could be like a huge exception!!! I wish so much that life was so - that I could drum for right now! Maybe in the near future, if the spot is still open. I can't think of many guitar effects that would add to this, except maybe a phaser, but also a reverse delay. I have acquired, by sadly selling a old vintage amp, what is debated to be the best digital delay, and I think I should let you try it out!

If you feel like dedicating the time dude, I think it would be awesome if you joined us. Personally, I would like to add a lot more ambience to the mix. I think there needs to be more of a wall of sound and just little things in the background. But mostly this is just to familiarize me and the band to the song. But yeah dude, next time your over, you should bring that peddle and demonstrate it for me. Ive been looking for a pedal like that. Cheers!

Sweet! Well it sounds sick, that is 4 sure. And possibly this Thursday, I could bring it over and demo it for ya! lol I'll bring a retro chorus that looks like the grill of a 50's car, it could thicken up the sound even more, though I'm not sure. I guess we'll find out! Awesome, can't wait to see you.
