my 2.14 jump from EYOF which won me a bronze (alittle disapointed to be honest) and then my 2.19 jump where i missed narrowly! my approach didnt work out that day, so 2.14 was all i was able to clear hehe. watch on my final attempt on 2.19 that there is just not happening anything in the curve! normally i would speed up at that point but im slowing down here.. my PB is 2.20, so im sure i'll beat that this year if i just get it all right.

@learntoplayy so you've never really tried to get more flexable...u can just naturally bend your back like that...cus i got a 40inch vert and i dont have hardly no bend and i cant do near that hight =/
