As the old Mitre Hotel in Singapore slowly crumbles, the remaining steadfast tenants and owners share stories about the 130 year-old colonial building that enchants them.

THE MITRE SPELL was selected as one of "The Best of First Take" 2008 and will be re-screened in Singapore on DECEMBER 1st, 2008 at 8pm at The Substation for The Best of First Take programme along with the other audience favorite films for 2008. There will also be audience voting for the First Take Audience Favorite of 2008. This will probably be MITRE's last public screening in Singapore.
