The makers of Iron Sky visited the Berlin film festival and decided to arrange an impromptu fan meeting. We found the coolest location and about 40-50 fans showed up!

  • is this really a comedy if so i think it would be better as sci fi action

  • @jakey624 Yes, it will be a comedy.

  • Have you guys thought about an Iron Sky role playing game (table top not MMO)?

  • Yep, we have. Did one of our previous film as well. Google "Star Wreck RPG", we've pretty much sold out so it's a free pdf download now.

  • I hope people realize that the basis of this film is grounded in a lot of truth. They not only made the haunebu saucer, but they experimented with interdimensionality as well... just look up "the Nazi Glocke/Nazi Bell... Based on Tortion field and spinning mercury. Apparently the germans had their own roswell in 1936 which they managed to learn a lot from. Oh under antarctic ice is a huge 70 miles long mothership...Even 2000 year old maps tells this, and we didnt "discover" antarctica until 1820

  • @Nastranai Screenings aren't public. You must not show swastikas in public space (e.g. on posters on the street or on dvd covers), but it's no problem when you show them inside a cinema or room of any kind. Movies are seen as art and although there are restriction to the distribution of swastikas etc., it's allowed if it is part of historical education or art.

Otherwise there would be a lot of forbidden movies in Germany, which is not the case.

  • @n0pseud0xx yeah !!! haha

  • Um. I know that this is a film and all, buuut... How come Iron Sky was allowed within the festival? I mean, all the trailers I've seen have been brimming with Nazi imagery, and swastikas. Isn't that kind of thing banned from any kind of public showing in Germany, save for history classes and the like?

  • @energiaproductions Please please please keep it pretty serious, not comedial.
