T.S. Wiley is a confirmed college dropout:

* consulting with patients apart from and without respect to their doctors,
* listening to their symptoms,
* on the basis thereof telling them precisely how to dose the medications prescribed by their doctors,
* and then telling them to follow up with *her* on the results.

And she insists with rolling eyes that she's not "prescribing".
