Apple suddenly removed this app from their store as it apparently violated their EULA. Too band for the people who paid for it, as they are no longer able to use it (Apple killswitch)

yes it does, you need to jailbreak your iphone or ipod and download "backgrounder", installed it and done, you can run any applicacion in the background just by holding the home botttom once.
