Small Bug/Exploit in RAGE

I haven't played RAGE that much so far, but found an exploit by accident.
It is by this guard, who you have to give some supplies.

If you pass the small bridge and go to the tower on the other side and to the left of it, you see a dark spot and you can fall into the 3D model.

PS: You see texture popups etc, because I have no super duper GeForce GTX 590 or something to enable the option to stream most textures using the GPU instead of the CPU. If PlayClaw (recording software) is not running, there are no popups.
