Peyton's journey in season 5 of learning to accept her feelings for Lucas, and the realization that even if he didn't return the feelings, she'd still continue to love him and that would never change. Finding serenity in simply accepting and knowing her feelings for him, and content to wait for the day that it would be right for them to be together again *cough*601*cough* ;)
