รำมโนห์ราบูชายัญ เป็นการรำเดี่ยวที่มีลีลาอ่อนช้อยงดงาม ของนางกินรีที่มีชื่อว่า "มโนห์รา" ในตอนหนึ่งของละครเรื่องมโนห์ราที่กรมศิลปากรปรับปรุงขึ้นใหม่ กล่าวถึงนางมโนห์ราถูกปุโรหิตผู้ริษยากราบทูลยุยงท้าวอาทิตยวงศ์ ให้พระสุธนไปปราบศึกและจับนางกินรีมโนห์รามาบูชายัญ เพื่อสะเดาะพระเคราะห์ท้าวอาทิตยวงศ์ นางมโนห์ราจึงอุบายทูลขอปีกหางและนำมาสวมใส่แล้วร่ายรำตามแบบกินรีให้ทอดพระเนตรเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย การรำตอนนี้เองที่เรียกว่า มโนห์ราบูชายัญ จากนั้นนางก็บินหนีกลับไปยังนครไกรลาศ
Manohra Dance of Sacrifice by Fire
Manohra dance featuring the sacrifice by fire is a solo dance excerpt from the story called Prince Suthon and the Kinnari Manohra. Manohra is a half bird - half woman creature Kinnari, wife of Prince Suthon. While the prince is engaging in the war at the front, the unscrupulous court advisors conspire to misleading the king to believe that he is in a desperately ill situation. The only means to eradicate the evil spell is by sacrificing his daughter - in - law, Manohra, by fire.
The ceremony for sacrifice by fire is thus prepared. Manohra pretends to accept the sacrifice, but offers to delight the king with a farewell dance, with one proviso; that it will not be perfect unless she has back her full dress, complete with the wings and tail which were original taken from her. Her demand fulfilled, she dances a few rounds, then flies away to her homeland.
รำซัดชาตรี
รำซัดชาตรี เป็นการแสดงที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงท่ารำมาจากรำซัดไหว้ครูในการแสดงละครชาตรี ซึ่งมีประเพณีถือกันว่า จะต้องรำเบิกโรงก่อนการแสดงละคร โดยให้ผู้แสดงฝ่ายชาย (ตัวพระ) 1 คน รำไหว้ครูที่เรียกกันว่า "รำซัด" คือรำซัดท่าไปตามท่วงทำนองและจังหวะเพลง ซึ่งต่อมากรมศิลปากรได้ดัดแปลงให้มีผู้รำทั้งฝ่ายชายและฝ่ายหญิง หรือบางครั้งเป็นแบบหญิงล้วนหรือชายล้วน รำให้เข้ากับจังหวะโทน กลอง กรับ ที่มีความกระฉับกระเฉง
Ram Sat Chatri
Chatri is a form of dance - drama that is popular in the southern parts of Thailand, especially Petchaburi Province. According to the tradition, the Chatri is the prototype of all forms of Thai dance - drama, which are its modifications in successive periods. It is the custom that the leading male dancer of the troupe must perform a prelude, which is known as the Ram Sat to the accompaniment of pipe and drums. This preliminary dance is actually the ceremony of paying homage to the dancer teacher.
In this instance, the original Ram Sat has been adapted for group dancing by both male and female dancers. Only the graceful movements of the old dance are retained while new gestures make it modern and attractive. It is a development of old Ram Sat dance to meet the requirements of modern attention.

@kawaiilich พี่ดูวีดีโออันนี้ครั้งแรกตั้งแต่พี่เตรียมสอบเข้ามาเรียนที่ มน.เมื่อประมาณปี 2544 ซึ่งตอนนั้นวีดีโออันนี้ก็เก่าแล้ว มีมาก่อนพี่หลายปี จำไม่ได้ว่าตั้งตะปีไหน ตอนนั้นยืมของโรงเรียนมาดู เก่าขนาดต้องเอามาแช่ตู้เย็นก่อนถึงจะเปิดติด
