also dude insdead of loading troops into a lander load them into an acp and then load them into a lander it may be a bit more expencive but but if you have a lot of citys you wont worry but youll never know when youll be low on ammo/gas when invading his territory works with me

Tsunami is actually expensive as I said to somebody else. It deserves to be expensive too since it can be used at the end of the player's turn. Add to the fact that damage powers gradually weaken an enemy navy's strength and you'll see why it's a headache that would be broken if average cost. The problem with it in Campaign is an en masse of units to speed up the COP chargeups.
