  • thanks Adolf ill take note of it. bipolar is an imbalance of chemicals directied towards the center unlike schizophrenia which degenerates all of the brain including the frontal lobe. Now check ur wikipedia source on Ass Hole.

  • very good

  • there are lots of not famous people who suffer and suffer even more greatly, it's the idea you belong to fame that cripples us, and then they say we are delusional when we know we are meant to be known, we are the energy, and are forces, and we happened to be juiced with enthusiasm for life come enjoy a little taste of the disease at streetlightpoetry channel herre on youtube, ill and well alike welcome.

  • @chowmonkey2002 -Thanx mate! Great to feel not alone in my efforts, my friends worry a bit. I just had a down time... but only as bad as I had with the meds anyway. Like you say, it's life skills that work best- tho I DID need my meds at 1st. Nice to hear positive helpful feedback 2. Would love to learn more from u... poss 2 give u my email address? I love that I'm losing 1 kg per week with no other change than going off meds. Being a fatty is depressing. Did this happen to you as well?

  • @kerrileewolf I'm off meds for a year now. I just had a bad period but not bad enough to start with meds again. Contra behaviour is my key. Luckily my family helps. When I don't wanna get out of bed because I feel miserable there is my young kid who needs to be brought to school. So I do get out of bed. Same with other stuff. It's a matter of structure. Created by yourself which is difficult or created by people around you.

  • @christl301 -On ya!!! Good luck with it, great title.

  • @chowmonkey2002 - I'm off my meds too for 6 months now... but I watch my moods closely and have 2 friends also watch. Stephen Fry is my inspiration. I got so fat on meds that I felt crappy and feeling better was what the meds were for!!!! I don't want to get sad again tho. I found that I have learned about triggers, recognition that phases aren't forever, meditation tapes to sleep by... all those techniques - (incl. when NOT to phone relatives) -I love my art again and my life is good.

  • @chowmonkey2002 - great to hear from another rapid cycler!! - I make appointments to force myself too, but I'm not too harsh on myself because sometimes those 'all-nighters' can be sooo productive. I use a tape -meditation/hypnotic - at night... no choice but to sleep! It's GREAT! Going for a part-time job soon - That'll keep me in line!!! It's in mental health and they describe me as an "expert by experience". Very cool. Now I'm training on top of that so I can help, as I've been helped.

  • @GirAAAAffe - Can be a scary time when 1st diagnosed... hope you're doing well, if not then you soon will be 'cos you're a positive thinker n value yourself. Cooool! Write your ideas down n treasure them, the best ones may come through... sadly for me though, I have the concentration span of a rubber plant, so I feed 'em through to my inventor friend. He's taken one idea to Europe!!! It's fun.
