He will NEVER win this case. Wal-Mart's employee policy and employee handbook say that you can NOT fail a drug test. That includes marijuana. And he was made aware of that and signed a document agreeing with this policy to that effect when he was hired. End of story. Too bad, because I feel really bad for him, and should he live to see the end of his trial, I would love to see him come out on top.

I hope he wins. I have a morphine pump and the drug makes me nauseous. Marijuana is the only thing that helps with both the pain and nausea.
