@bbshooter89 lifting weights do not stunt growth. that is a myth. the only way it will stunt your growth is if you actually drop a heavy weight on the growth plate!

only olympic squats and presses stunt growth. no other weight training stunts growth. btw it definitely doesn't count as weights it just makes you stronger as in the game
