  • @bbshooter89 lifting weights do not stunt growth. that is a myth. the only way it will stunt your growth is if you actually drop a heavy weight on the growth plate!

  • only olympic squats and presses stunt growth. no other weight training stunts growth. btw it definitely doesn't count as weights it just makes you stronger as in the game
