Or perhaps show a Slovak doctor giving a pregnant woman her tri-weekly UV scan in a split screen with a pregnant English woman having her belly felt up by a midwife - maybe with the soundtrack of an English politician talking about family.

Modern Slovaks should also be proud of the society you have built for yourselves to live in (and that I have chosen to come and live with you in), not just of stuff that happens to have been left on the ground in the land in which you find yourselves.
