@devenson1 1 speeds are better tho overall.why are buggies and truggies single? for just bashing and racing you want a single.the only time you want a 2 speed is for highspeed or if you have a heavy truck and need the torque.and the drivetrain is basically the same.how do you know the final drive ratio in a rustler and jato cant be the same or close to it? it isant but you just made a bland statement

even with a 3.3 rustler doesnt have a 2 speed and is geared diffrent so top speed regardless of tires is going to be different

the jato dosent do 65 with out it bening leaned out a lot and especially when you have those big heavy soft talons on the back yes i would know i own talons for my rustler 3.3

duhh he was kidding. and i have gotton it to 62 with a crappy body with anaconda tires and trinity 20%. Traxxas also tests their high speed cars on 33% nitro. so it isnt that hard to get it to 65
