hmmm i hate my brother. when i was 12 i used to crack my knuckes because i bent them and my brother said i would get arithritis. and when i was 10 , my knees would crack and he got me to believe that i would die. boy was i golable

may not arthritis but a big risk. im only 14 and have cracked my knuckles ever since i was 8 and saw another boy doing it and i thought it was cool. i now wake up in the mornin ith stiffness and pains. to sooth the pain i bath my hands in warm milk which helps. now i never wish i started, even no just typing it hurts
