It feels nice, but It is not obviously good, as long as you do it so constantly. I have been doing this for some years and I decided to quit in this one, and its hard, but I can say that I have successed in my purpose xD

It doesn't lead to arthritis, but you should still stop cracking your knuckles: that woman on the TV is obviously oblivious to the fact that repeated pushing of the joints actually can lead to damage of the nerve tissue. While not arthritis, it's still not good and doesn't feel too nice.

@mikewells64 The cracking sound you get from cracking your knuckles is the bones moving apart and forming a gas bubble, so the sound is actually the bubble bursting. So if you do it compulsively, it weakens your finger joints over time. I've been doing it since Elementary school, so my grip has definitely weakened thanks to it.
I'd read into arthritis in order to understand how you came upon it instead of relying on a folk tale.
