@thecolaratlady Just leave the beer out, it's not that vital to the recipe. You may need to add a little extra liquid though, maybe milk.

That looks tasty and quick. But I've never seen a veggie version of Worcestershire Sauce, so would leave it out or replace with something spicy like Reggae Reggae Sauce.
