MODÌ is the ideal system for the creation of crawl spaces made from recycled plastic material for use in new buildings and restoration work for civil, industrial and business purposes.
Studied, patented and produced by Claudioforesi s.r.l. , this self-locking modular form with its fixed joint blockage system, is suitable for walking on when dry and it can bear the weight of the workers and the floor slab during casting. The perfect ventilation that is obtained in this manner helps preserve the rooms from humidity and Radon gas (a cancerous gas), thereby increasing comfort. MODÌ is definitely an ecological, environmentally friendly product and it allows for the use of a considerably lower amount of pebble gravel, thus helping to limit the excessive exploitation of quarries. The economical nature of MODÌ is guaranteed by the fact that, apart from ensuring savings as regards concrete and gravel, it also reduces the maintenance required on the installations under its structure. MODÌ (H50.450) is the only system that is supplied with a series of holes and slots in the dome which quickly and easily facilitate the flow of water from the casting, thus accelerating the concrete hardening and drying process.
Its shape and the profile of its legs have been designed specifically in order to grant the utmost in strength and solidity.
