  • @killyou45 you don't get it do you? lifting heavy weights doesn't make you a man. bodybuilding doesn't make you a man. they way you lift a fucking weight doesn't make you a man. if your manhood is defined by lifting weights then you need a step back and take a close look at yourself.

    pete's a strong kid, he lifts to get strong and he lifts for aesthetics. I can guarantee you he won't feel any less manly if he throws in a few sets of curls or some db raises.

  • knowing the difference between just workout soreness and overtraining is a a very important skill to have. you're smart in recognizing the warning signs that your body hasn't recovered yet. many people like myself have a hard time to tell, and that's why so many injuries happen; when people push beyond the body's capacity to recover.
