Actually ED Gray was taught by Tesla's apprentice.

That's how he learned to build these circuits.

The Circuits are quite easy to build actually. You just can't use conventional means of thinking.

Yes this is very true and all things have a type of electromagnetic property. Everything has a resistance and that means it has energy. Negatvie and or positive.

nasa dont need this tech because they are already using it in there secretive undisclosed space program which isnt civilian its all under black projects and kept away from everyone
