god i hate when shamless "purists" show up. Just shut the fuck up the show is good. Of course its not going to be the same thing its adapted for a completely different audience! I've watched both and this one is actually pretty good, just shut up and admit it they didn't "bastardize" anything. God you sound like a bunch of children in reception crying about someone else using your crayon. The show is decent move on!!

No one cares which Shameless is better. The point is that the U.S. kicked your tea-sipping asses in the Revolutionary War so that we could make our own TV shows.

I like em both, but the U.S. version is much better. More clever and fun. Plus, Fionna is awesome and Lip is the strongest of the male characters. Love Joan Cusak, as well. Hilarious! Laugh out loud funny!

I thinik the UK is better because its more realistic than this. veryne keeps saying that the British actors are ugly but in real life people actually look like that... unfortunatly people don't have their makeup and hair done by professionalists every 2 hours. The UK version is a lot more nitty, gritty and dirty that the US version.. well I think so

I Live in the UK and i cannot stand the english version! it fucking sucks! The US version has better, likable characters! Especially LIP! Seriously i've tried to sit thru our version, and have turned it off everytime!
