John Filander, Winter Sports Director, talks about the start-up and weather challenges of the current winter sports season, along with the 5 inches of fresh powder snow received this past weekend. And, it's snowing again today with ideal snowmaking conditions. Giants Ridge Ski Area will reopen again this weekend, and then go to 7-day a week operations beginning December 21.
