  • Uhh....the 1981 law imposed tax cuts of $1.48 trillion over 10 years. Then in 1982 Reagan imposed tax increases of $1.5 trillion over 10 years. Reagan didn't cut taxes for anyone but the rich...the tax rate for the bottom 20% actually INCREASED. Don't believe me? That's straight from the Heritage Foundation.

  • You mean sky-rocketing deficits from each of his Republican successors, don't you?

  • You misspelled "Massive Debt Accumulation Act" in the title. ;-)

  • Can someone tell me what's up with the pen switchings?

  • thank you for cutting taxes!!!

  • is there any way you can get sound for this clip?

  • As Ronald Reagan said to Jimmy Carter, "There you go again." I say unto you: my life doesn't belong to the Federal government.

  • God, I miss that man. He was a far cry from the thieves that we have in office today.

  • Reagan signing his tax cuts, the big bang that began three decades of the great economic boom.
