All the clunking and cracking you hear is from the camera being on the tripod which is moving around since it's just balancing off the back seat. The high pitched noise and the "wish wish wish" is the audio from my camera i cant seem to get rid of.

  • i know this vid is a bit old and i read u do not own the stang anymore but did you have a lot of trouble with the SLP pipe hanging down to low? if u can remember

  • @09portillo Yeah, it was a bit of a pain. It'd hit before my side exit pipes ever did. I'd go with another X if i did it again.

  • 1) I wish 62 was cold for me! Cold for me is like.... creeping up on 0.

    2) If you had a cage in the car you could get a camera mount for it. :P

    3) Car sounds amazing, even for an automatic. I usually hate the sound of automatics, but yours sounds good! Actually has me considering getting an automatic 4.6.....

  • I've now made a camera mount for my car. Check out my other vids, show the strengths of an automatic much better if you ask me.

  • Personal preference for me, I like to be in complete control of when the car shifts, and when it doesn't. I just hate the sound of an automatic V8 with the way it shifts, but s'pose a manual valve body in the transmission could take care of that. I've just always driven a manual car, and that's all I can really stand to drive.

  • Yeah, my DD is a manual - and the real car (this) is the auto. A built auto really makes the difference - but i decided not to go fully manual valvebody, it just isn't that useful.

  • "cold" 62 degrees lmao.

  • 94-97, i have a 98 none of them have it, autometer makes guage pods that resemble it so 98-04 guys can run boost guages and etc. from there

  • @GMurphSC06GT They may use autos, but most of them are manually shifted autos. Faster cars use either lenco style transmissions which are clutchless manual transmissions or they have no trans and rely solely on clutch slip.

  • nothing wrong with automatic,it's what NHRA drag racer' use, more consistant, never miss a shift.

  • Dude I love the way these sound...Got me thinking about getting seome

  • Mustang sounds good man, how the B&M shifter workin??

  • Yeah, I really don't blame ya there. Like I said before, it's all the person's preference. If I was gonna build another drag vehicle (used to have a blown 383 stroker S-10), I'd go with AOD, or just a powerglide with auto valve body, and a trans brake.

But regardless, this car looks and sounds beautiful, and I love your side-exit. You did an awesome job on it, man.
