I am some what jealous of her. I am not saying I would want to loose my legs, just that it would be awesome to be able to change them out and be as tall as I want to.

I think she still hasn't come to peace with her situation.

i disagree with her on one point--i think children are naturally uneasy with unusual-looking people. when i was a kid, i was scared of amputees even after teachers and parents told me not to be. even if it's intrinsic, it can still be overcome in time by experience

this woman is absolutely amazing! I think we all have a lot to learn from her.

But you would look a bit funny with a leg hanging from your stump of an arm.
