  • Such clarity. When my mother was dying, she would cry and and ask me, 'Why Me?', and those are times you can either go crazy with her, or find a beauty in it. I can never say whether or not I ever provided relief in her suffering, but I would say (to myself), 'God is Beautiful, God is all things, Death is a part of all things, and thus Death is Beautiful' - It is possible to see beauty shining through the suffering - maybe not a buddhist teaching, by philosophically worth entertaining.
