Yes they can. Jewkes helped me build a car for our first time. I could not believe how fast it was. We set the track record, that has not been beat for years, the guy who was running the race said that this was the fastest car he has ever seen on his track. Looks like there is positive camber in the rear and negative camber in front. Is this so and is it by design? Do you run your cars on three or four wheels?
