"RETRO" Top HAT - Wild Orchid Crafts (must see)

Materials Used: The papers used on the hat were from the K&Company Designer Paper Line "Papiers Decoratifs", Mod Podge for 'Paper' (blue label), Hot "Glue to adhere all of the items down to the hat, Cardinal Red Paint for the band by Folk Art, black satin ribbon from a local fabric store, vintage laces in black and white, pearls and other goodies from my stash

Some of the other crafty items were purchased from a local craft shop nearby. Due to the wonderful things said about "karlas001's" Etsy.com shop, who is a member of Artsy Addicts and "MMVA" on FaceBook, I would recommend to check out her store.
