Eugenie Terrace, a 44-story, 575-unit luxury apartment tower, has been the premier building in Lincoln Park since it opened in the 1980s. It's been extensively upgraded since then to maintain its top-tier status.

Eugenie Terrace has a desirable location directly fronting Lincoln Park, with easy access to the park's most popular features - North Avenue Beach, the zoo, the nature boardwalk and the biking and jogging trails along the lakefront.

Eugenie Terrace's senior leasing manager recently gave YoChicago a guided tour of the building and its extensive 44th floor amenities, which include a rooftop pool, resident lounges, a business center and a fitness center that rivals many private clubs.
