You are typical one of those Viets who never went back to Vietnam, and hear only about Vietnam from your parents, Dude get over it and don't get stuck in the past, Vietnam is one now and is the most beautifull country in the world.

Speak for yourself "killVietcong" my cousin in Viet Nam is 6'1 and a very intelligent guy. He also lives in a poor very family. My other cousin is 5'8 and he is bigger than an ox. I myself live in North America, and I lack their physique. You know what you're called? a Stereotype, hypacrite. Viet Nam is poor so do something about it. Some people here are poor too, that's why there is something called fund raising.

Hmmm, I am more and more convincing that you are not Vietnamese. You are trying put a grudge between VN & China. China is the big dog around here... VN does not kowtow to anyone, not even China. VN is smart, while China written the Art of War by Sun Tzu, VN has been practicing it and improving it... China and Viet Nam has a common history... We fought each other but we also know each other very well...and of all Asian countries, China probably respected only 2 countries..VN and Japan.

Sound like you or your parents were once in the S. Vietnamese Government or Military. In anycase, Viet Nam is at peace now and it is trying to move forward. People educated like you should be able to assist your knowledge and know how to rebuild Viet Nam. The war was fought among brothers...to be exact we Vietnamese were pawns to the USSR and USA, they used us like a chess pawn. I am proud to say that as an American Vietnamese, I am proud of Viet Nam now. Living in VN Now.

Hey Tieuhavn, your parents and you must be HO, i understand your family and you probably gone through a lot and loosing everything you have since the liberation of the South, but that's part of War. Thang lam vua, thua lam vat...(Winner becomes emperor, looser becomes peasant.) VN is a wonderful country with people from all over the world to come here and do business. You should assist in being part of helping Viet Nam to be positive, not negative. Your are always Vietnamese.

Hey Tieuhavn, i took your advice i went back to VN 3 weeks ago and move my family back to VN from USA to be part of the Dawn of the New Century. You need to open up your eyes... Regarding Vietnamese marrying foreigners, because Vietnamese guys like you didn't want to marry them... Plus, what's wrong with marrying a foreigners...??? There's a bad apples in every barrel... Not all foreigners are bad... Just live Vietnamese Oversea Man, not all of them are good... Look at yourself...
