I would buff your face with a clean brush and buff downwards in the direction of your facial hair so that you won't look "fuzzy" and matte. Hope this helps! Have a BEAUTY-full day!

Part 1: First of all, rule of thumb: the denser, shorter the bristles, the more coverage you will get. This goes for eye & face brushes. For foundation powder, I use dense brushes (109, kabuki, buffer). For blush, setting, blot powders, I use softer brushes (169, 129, or 134 will work). For bronzers, highlighers, shimmer, things you want to go on sheer, use a fan brush, or or a duo fiber brush.

Part 2: Just remember you are layering so you don't want everything to be of same coverage or your makeup will be heavy! I hope this helps :D Have a BEAUTY-full weekend!

It is a good brush--I would recommend it! I used to carry it in my purse until I got my retractable Stila brush. I just didn't like pulling on the bristles to get it out of its tube. Now, the kabuki sits on my counter but I still use it! Just find a different container for it. Thanks for the comment!
