By the way, during the boss rush section, if you put in the password I decided to put it, you can't choose what weapons you use. You have to use the star shot, which I can't remember what beam that is. Oh well. You get what I mean.

The weapon I'm using in this video is the weapon you HAVE to use for the boss rush. There. THAT should make more sense.

Exactly. I mean, really, did anyone expect me to beat this game without using save states? I'm sure I could if I tried, but I don't have that kind of time to put into video games anymore.

Ah. I was playing this game practically blind. I wanted to do it like the old NES games, when you were a kid and just got a new game and had to figure everything out yourself.
I did use maps in the 'dungeons' only to make the Let's Play a lot shorter.
Thanks for the tip, though. If I play this game again, which I'm sure I will sometime, I'll remember that.

This is the boss fight I got to when I had to finally return the game to my friend. Never got to play again after that. Although I didn't beat this one (that I recall), the trick is to syncronize with his rhythm in order to avoid his shots.
My problem was that I couldn't do it long enough to win.

Yeah, that is the trick, he just moves so damn fast. I really didn't feel very accomplished when I beat him, especially since it took so long. Forgive me.
