"Wade in De Water" - SICC 2007

Southern Invitational Choral Conference (SICC)2007. This is The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Concert Choir singing the spiritual "Wade in de Water". The chaos part in the middle that is put to rest by everyone stomping is my favorite because all 8 voice parts have conflicting lines that are added to the mix one at a time.

USM choirs are the shit!!! The Southern Chorale does really good 20th century stuff.  I loved singing this song!

Yeah we miss Mr. Adams ::sighs:: he was like one of the best directors we had at that school. He was the one that started the show choir at my school my 8th grade year it was awesome. I need to call him lol i need to see how he is long time since i heard from him (this is the wolf person btw lol)

I WAS SUPPOSSED TO GO TO THIS!!! i went my freshman and junior year to SICC, but our new director this year is stupid, so he didn't let us go this year, i was pissed.

great job, though!!! i wish i could've been there singing with y'all!! go bass 2's!!
