hey man i "like" this video quick question
i had my ps3 connected to my outlet and it spark. my ps3 now has no video display it turns on and off fine, takes cd in and out but it wont reset at all.i tried different tvs av and hdmi cables i check different spots they say the hard drive is fine any suggestion?

@sbnkid Hi, it sounds like you have damaged your graphics chip. It may come back to life with a reflow of the motherboard.

hey i had a major problem with my ps3 it was superfanning a shit load so me and a friend thought it must be dust so we opened it up and completely cleaned the ps3 with paper clothes then set it all back up then i found out that my motherboard had melted or fried as did my velt rings whatever they are is there anything i can do or would it be better if i just buya new ps3?

@redthunderplus You could try a reflow but I doubt that it will work since the racing fan is usually a sign of terminal damage to the motherboard. Probably best to renew motherboard or get another ps3. Hope this helps.
