Jaguar XJR V8 Supercharged vs. Toyota Celica GT4

Highway drag between a '94 260HP Celica GT4 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOXw3j91gzg) and a Stock '00 Jaguar XJR (or XJ8) Supercharged 4.0 V8 358 HP.
I'm sorry for the poor quality, we only had mobile phones this time :(

When the "cam" is turned to the speedometer it shows 240+km/h (scaled to 280kmph) so the Celica could hold up to 230kmph.

this is not supercharged. Look at the RPM gage, XJR RPM gage's says supercharged under the word RPM, this one does not.

I'am not a Jag expert I only had the car for a couple of days. I looked at the papers and it said it's 4.0 V8 with 358hp. When i opened the hood up, it said SUPERCHARGHED V8. So, you tell me, if i'm wrong. It went up to 100 in 5secs..Also the gt4 celica had more than 260hp (tuned) for 1350kgs with all-wheel drive, so that wasn't a slow car either. Watch my other vid, if you don't beleive me, or tell me if i'm wrong, but i don't know any xjr with 358hp without supercharger.

That is a stock XJ8 not a XJR. It has 290 bhp. The XJR has 370bhp and in 2000 was the fastest sedan in the world.

@kminton327 I have a 2004 XJR - mine says supercharged on the RPM guage and the fuel guage - (slightly different guage layout), but it doesn't light up with the dials at night....so you wont see it in this vid anyways.....lol
