Whoever posted lol to our mascots dying... seriously? Get some class. And maybe bulldogs aren't original anymore, but they were in the late 1700's. We weren't "among the other 100's of bulldog nations". We are the original bulldog nation.

@USA733 lol georgia's football program first got started, their mascot was a goat. their first game against mercer..mercer were the bears but uga didnt have a mascot..so they told a kid to go find an animal for their mascot and he brought back a goat...so for a while uga were the goats lol..then one day some guy said "ur team had the fighting spirit of a bulldog"..so they changed it to a bulldog lol

@USA733 a bulldog is the most unoriginal mascot in college football. you should have kept ur goat mascot from when the program first got started...then you could have been original and not just be another bulldog among the 100s other "bulldog nations"
