Using Boot Camp to dual-boot between Windows Vista Beta 2 and OS X 10.4.6. In OS X, using VirtueDesktop+SlapBook to switch between virtual desktops, one of which has Windows XP running on Parallels Desktop for Mac RC2.

  • your shitty computer sucks ass compare with an Intel Core 2 Due E6700 PC (Overclocked)

  • Yeah, it sucks.

  • VIsta has gone too far with the graphics and crap, its suicide.

  • You may be right.

  • Just look at how slow vista starts. Compare Vista's start up time to Mac OS X. Yea before you guys start yelling at me for saying, THIS IS BETA SOFTWARE"... this pretty darn close to the final version and it is not going to improve very much I can assure you. Sooner or later you are going to have to switch when they start making XP apps in a Vista architecture and you can experince the pain and frustration all over again.

  • Actually, the RTM version boots a lot faster. Keep in mind that Boot Camp doesn't officially support Vista yet. In any case, I'm running the RTM versions of Vista and Office 2007 now. I'll try to post a new vid of that soon.

  • YES

  • will intel core 2 duo mac users be able to install vista final version?

  • I had my macbook making that loud noise and when I took it in to have the hard drive replaced (after a hard drive failure) they replaced my cd drive with one that hardly makes any noise.

  • ... A macbook pro... Slow... Yeah, you know exactly what your talking about.
