*Option #1 looks too bland, so if ya' ask me, that one would definitely be out.
********* Option #2, with the public art/sculpture, looks like a winner. ***********
*I love the idea of having a bridge to complete the "circle trail" around the harbor. Also, like option #2, option #3 has a public art/sculpture incorporated. The ONLY problem with option #3 is the fact that there isn't any volleyball incorporated into the scheme of things.
Partner with the National Aquarium and the Waterfront Partnership to turn the Inner Harbor waters into floating islands of wetlands. Connecting residents and visitors to the beauty of environmental sustainability.
Why don't we spend the millions of dollars that they are planning on blowing on this to make what we have already a cleaner and well maintained area? It's the focal point of the city now because it works. It brings tourists and locals together in one spot as a representation of the city.
Option 3 HANDS DOWN! No question. Let's move Baltimore into a multi-modal, GREEN commuter City like Chicago, NYC, London, etc. This is LONG overdue!!!!

I'd be curious to know what the residents of Federal Hill think of being "linked" to the area.
