Could you please make a video about making the cereal you talked about in this video...it sounds so yummy and too good not to know about!

Agave Nectar isn't actually as good as people think.. they process it the same way they do high fructose corn syrup. You are only supposed to have up to 25 g of fructose in the day, and 1 tbsp alone of agave has 20 g of fructose! Also, If agave is processed perfect it is 55% fructose, but most of the time.. it is 75% fructose. Crazy hey? I just thought i'd let you know :) but im sure you have heard already that agave isnt that good for you. Btw the im gonna make this tonight :) thank you!

very nice. I like to make ours with about 15 dates added into the blender, then strain through a paint strainer bag to so you can really ring it out like a wet towel and get all that almond milk out of the pulp.

Woahh.. it turned white O.O
Wow, I didn't think making almond milk would be so easy! Much cheaper than buying it I'm sure. Thanks :)) and good idea adding dates to make it sweeter. Very good!

@DoubleDcreations YAY, so glad you found us =) We've been raw, but follow a high raw, mediterranean diet. Good for you for changing to raw, that's AWESOME!! xox

Are you girls vegan? I've been looking into eating healthy and more vegan-like because i tend to get stomach aches very frequently and I'm wondering if it's because of my diet. Are there a few ingredients that you feel would be the best to start off a newbie organic cooking gal? Thanks so much for the videos! (:

@corinniebobinnie9 We do eat occasional hormone/antibiotic free poultry and wild salmon, but not too often. You're smart to connect your stomach aches to foods, that seems to effect so many people. We stay away from any chemical or man made ingredient (processed, pre-packaged foods) and eat fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans, and basically pure whole foods. We actually have a beauty foods cookbook coming out soon, loaded with delicious foods w/out gluten, dairy, processed soy or toxins. xox
