T-maxx 2.5 troubleshooting

here is my t-maxx 2.5 with a TRX 2.5R... i havent ran it since like april but it started right up... damage report: broken tranny, broken rear end, and snapped axle shaft... time window of all the madness: 1 hour... haha it took like 20 minutes to fix...

@crazzyfarmer96 its doesnt matter. its smoke and that means its getting lubrication to the engine.

What does lean and rich mean

@crazzyfarmer96 lean means less fuel going into the engine. rich means more fuel entering the engine.

what was the setting of your car? how many turns for lsn & hsn.

@aksdimes u have to tune to your engine performance, pipe, and conditions. but i have 3 1/2 on hsn, 2 on lsn and however low u can get the idol.

how does yours have that much power mine isnt even close to pulling a wheelie and i have spent hours tuning it

It's look like you missing the clutch!?? Afther the rebuild I don't see any clutch behind the spurgear!

if you spind the spur gear freely by hand and the driveshafts don't spin... is that normal? or is my trans f-ed up?

1 adult owned Tmaxx 2.5 in great shape - never bashed adult owned great condition call for price..... lol

i got a used one and the 2 speed was loosened and the suspension was all out of wack and the steering was a bitch so i took the tranny out of it like 5 times to figure out what was wrong with it the disc that has a little butterfly inside of it was tightened to the point were it wasn't even going to open and i fixed that and i fixed the suspension this all took me about 9 hours of nonstop working to get it running the way it runs now

it runs flawlessly
