Hi there. You have a beautiful bubbly smile. To address your issue, I somewhat agree with QuietValleyRanch's view on this matter. Did you consider that he might have cultivated some sort of romantic feelings towards you? Sometimes great compatibility instigates such behavior, especially during puberty. If he was afraid of the probable disruption this might cause, then pushing you away and letting others enter his life may be his way to cope, in hopes that such feelings would go away with time?
