@GenAndrei Buddy, go to wikipedia, a very neutral organization, and read about NATO and its own ARTICLE 5: an attack on one NATO member, USA on 9/11, is considered an attack on ALL NATO members, that's why NATO (France included) has been in Afghanistan since after 9/11 TERRORIST attacks.
