On September 23rd, student Matti Juhani Saari killed ten of his schoolmates and then shot himself at the Finnish school of Seinäjoki. How does a shocked community come to grips with such a tragedy?
Police tape cordons off the grounds, candles litter the floor, and families and friends grieve for the students who lost their lives here. A school, students deemed the safest place in the world, has been rocked by a high school shooting and the community is left not knowing whom to blame.

  • True... True... But I dont think that alcohol is the bigest trouble

  • What do both countries (Finland and USA) have in common? High per capita rates of gun ownership, and easier accessibility to guns for young people. Altho, that's not necessarily the only problem or even the main problem... in this case, the two Finnish school shooters knew each other thru the internet and idolized American school shooters.

  • @cursetogod considering your account name im not very surprised what u just said, but finnish mens are not like that, they are really caring and loving but doesnt show hes feelings in public, but still has feelings...

  • @cursetogod Finland isn't Scandinavian idiot

  • In a lot of these cases, anti depressants often feature somewhere in there.

  • FINLAND IS FIRST AND BIGEST TERORIST SHOOTERS IN ALL SCANDINAVIAN CONTRY

  • @FinnHawk guns have nothing to do with crime. crime is caused by social situations.

  • @AF2Fight2 guns are not the problem. banning inanimate objects solves nothing. if you ban guns, they will use knives. if you ban knives they will use crowbars and baseball bats. it goes on and on and on...

you need to combat the social causes of the problems.

  • @magemaatikko se on todella tyhmä, koska kukaan ei voi syyttää, rakastan maatani ja ei voi kuvitella elämääni jossakin toisessa tämä arpi on puhdistettava

  • @ALNUEIAS Thank you for your message! First we are here for Finlnand, Everything is normal in Finlandk. Winland sitävastoin nosti kauhean mellakan asukkaaasta! Joka uhkasi tappaa asukkaat kylässä!

  • @magemaatikko Is a very hard point, in countries like this sometimes we don't see another stuff like for example how we were before... culture of developing is always the aim fact, those cases were just made by teens with mental troubles and perhaps both were known each other, probably I would like to say that this would never happen again
