  • Hi i live in gunnislake and cycle to callington to work every day, that must of been quite hairy going down sand hill on a chopper. have you tried gulworthy short cut down to near the sawmills, i once clocked 60 mph down it but you have to start breaking very early though.I wont go down there now after an accident in tavistock doing only 25 mph put me out of work for a month , i always go steady now.

  • was that an old chopper? MK1 or MK2? If it was i hope you didnt cycle up that. I own a raleigh Chopper MK2 fully restored and i find it very heavy and slow, especially when going up hills. I hope you made it up that hill ok.
