I'm still a little confused... When The Doctor 'rebooted' the universe, did he delete all the things that David's doctor did? Like The Stolen Earth/Journeys End with the Daleks? What exactly changed in the Whoniverse when he rebooted it?

@PeteJK1994 The universe had been cracked. These cracks had absorbed people like Amy's parents and events like the Dalek's most recent invasion of Earth. These things were restored by the reboot.

@Thefluff2567 No, it was cracked throughout time and space. It was cracked in the future, after 2010, and it was cracked in the past. He rebooted the entirety of the universe and time, cause and effect
