  • @proud2banurse...carrier oils are thicker and can be used alone...Essential oils can too, but you dont add to them, you add them to things. Did that make since? lol

  • Have you considered just heating some water in the bowl and heating that in the microwave and then placing your oil mixture (in a bottle) in the warm/hot water to heat for few then applying it? That way you don't heat all of your oil in the microwave multiple times and you don't risk the oil getting too hot. Just a thought.

  • I've tried the pouring method before and would get annoyed w/the dripping. LOL Now I put it in a spray bottle. I can spray from top to bottom without the drip then rub it in.
