i had troubles while taking zyprexa and risperdal... i'm now on geodon and seroquel and my drive is normal. i don't become sexually aggressive when i'm upcycling either. i always talk to my pdoc about everything... he's pretty cool...

@IChoseTheRedPill I'm thinking of asking my doc about trying geodon, mainly because the zyprexa has caused me to gain a bunch of weight, and I'm not happy about that. I've already tried risperdal and seroquel, neither worked out well for me.

I have bipolar the Dr told me with test that I have an extra high sex drive I have been told I have the sex drive of 10 men but thank God I am on Cymbalta which kills it all its like an anti viagra . I am also married so its no fun for my wife eather .

I just found out my ex is bipolar with sexual hyperactivity. I feel bad but she's too far gone for me to help her. All I can do is stay on the golden path to ethical and moral behavior.

I have schizophrenia and Risperdal was the worst as far as sexual side effects go for the drugs I've been on.  Then Geodon, was a bit better; then Abilify even better; then Fluphenazine also better. But Fluphenazine makes me so tired I think I'm going to go back to Abilify. None of the docs ever warned me about ANY side effects. This is what pisses me off most. I wish docs were more honest and direct. And hospital docs seem the worst; they dont even contact my psychiatrist when I'm there!

Antipsychotic medications are so effective for rapid cycling in some people, but the side effects suck dong. Surprised you can stand Zyprexa, I've never tried it but i hear it's one of the stronger atypical antipsychotics! Thank you for this video.

i am bipolar, i have abstained for the last 10 years, i don't have a girlfriend, i am always wanting to have sex but cannot deal with the emotion afterward. I am happy if i can just have a good cuddle, but being bipolar can be very lonely at times
