Welcome to My layout youtube, here I sped a lot of time running and working on ho scale train models.

Recently I have started weathering trains and I have gotten some experience doing so. Recently, I have gotten emails asking me If I would weather other peoples model trains, and how much It would cost. Simple answer is, I will weather your trains. I just need a little money to cover the paint/airbrush/compressor/thinner/washing stuff/ lacquer / and the hours put into the model. Also, you will need to pay for shipping. I block of windows, ditchlights, and number boards. When I am done I seal it with flat lacquer, and then clean the wheels.

Thanks for watching and if you want me to weather your stuff, please send me an email. I work primarily with Ho scale, but I could do N scale as well. Larger scales are likely going to cost more.

  • wow now i think my weathering looks terrible compared to yours

    well done

  • @TheLandmate

I'm sure its not. It really just takes a lot of time, and you need to know exactly what your wanting to achieve before you start out. I have screwed up many weathering jobs, even ruined my favorite locomotive - you'll get there, just take your time

  • Hi m, great videos, subbed

wondered why you prefer code 100 track.

    thanks

  • @crabsyman

Thanks for the Sub! Truth is, I dont prefer code 100, I like 83. When I started these layouts I didnt know much about this stuff, so I got the track that the shop had for the cheapest price. I didnt know there was really a difference, I do prefer code 83 track. It looks more realistic and actually (contrary to common belief), gives more room for the wheel flanges on the track
