Thanx a lor for your suggestions!!i workout 4-5 times per week without doing Cardio Party 1 or 2, 20minutes and Lean&Burn. I do only Punch Kick Jam, Cardio Party 3, 3t, Turbo Sculpt, Abs, Lower Body, Fat Blaster and Cardio Party Remix. I wonder however, which one burns the most calories.

@ThePennyGeorge I suggest if your kinda of new to some of the workout moves as these in the videos, start off at a pace that fits you. In regards to the time line, go by the workout schedule or mix up some of the videos, kickin core is a high pace workout and good for the mid area and cardio party 2 is pure movements back and forth. Until you get used to the whole thing find out which workout pushes you the most and which is a little bit lest intense and go in between them.

@ThePennyGeorge From what I noticed by doing these workouts myself, Turbo Jam videos are at an continuous pace in which allows people who are pretty much getting into fitness follow along. It has a nice cardio speed which burns a lot of calories and works many muscle groups, plus its actually a fun workout.

I do sweat a lot during the cardio section, (which is about 30min).

excuse can someone tell me what is the main diffference of this workout with turbo jam cardios??there are a lot of variatios but i think all are doing the same thing. Like 3T and Turbo Sculpt...

so many of my friends swaer by turbo jams and have lost weight and gotten strong upper arms which I so need it looks upbeat and fun and I justhope I have the stamina I am going to get this today deifnitely! yay for getting in shape
i wish someone wuld downlod the whole workout vid so i can do this for free. lol
